Challenge: Some employees were unfamiliar with Google Drive and relied on printed copies of materials that could otherwise be stored and shared digitally. A clear, approachable resource was needed to help them become more comfortable completing common tasks in Drive.
Solution: I created a step-by-step interactive guide that breaks Google Drive into manageable tasks and uses clear explanations and visual guidance throughout. The content follows the way someone would actually use Drive, allowing each task to build naturally on the one before it.
Result: The finished guide provides a practical resource people can use to build familiarity with Google Drive and complete common file-management and collaboration tasks with greater confidence.
Design Decisions & Rationale:
I made several design decisions to keep the guide clear, practical, and easy to use:
Organized the content around common, real-world Google Drive tasks
Broke more complicated processes into clear, manageable steps
Used visual guidance to reinforce where to go and what to do
Introduced features progressively so the interface never feels overwhelming
